Adult Group Classes

Our flagship offering. Here you will experience constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity and get the most out of your fitness. All adult age groups and ability levels are welcome.

Senior Group Classes

The key to longevity is to move often and move well!

Constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity specifically for the +55 age group. All ability & skill levels are welcome!

Kids & Teens Classes

Learn the basics of loading various functional movements into training! Teens can feel comfortable in an environment amongst their peers. This program is great for any athlete taking part in competitive and/or recreational sports to help injury prevention and increase athleticism.

Youth Classes

Enjoyment is an integral part of our youngest age group. We put the emphasis on FUN, particularly at this early stage of their development.

Olympic Lifting Classes

A sport consisting of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, both of which our incorporated into our regular programming. These lifts are unique in their ability to increase fitness. Here you will be focused solely on improving these two lifts.

Open Gym

Unstructured time blocks for that extra work! Members are free to use equipment as needed and are responsible for returning equipment to its original spot, all while under staff supervision.

Quickfit

A fun & intense conditioning workout that combines HIIT training & unique movement patterns. This includes using a blend of functional exercise equipment like kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, & plyo boxes.

Gymnastics

Offered in limited sessions, this specialty class focuses solely on improving specific movements such as Pull Ups, Handstands, Toes 2 Bar & Muscle Ups.

Getting Started:

Each new client/member starts with a 1-time payment of $75 for a 60 min Initial Fitness Assessment/Consultation. 

You will work 1 on 1 with a member of our Coaching Staff, on a custom-designed session.  This will give us a better idea of what exactly your goals are, provide us with a base level to see where your current fitness & conditioning stands, and get you comfortable with many of the movements our daily  programming is made of.  Each session is individually booked around your schedule.

Upon completion of your initial assessment, there will be a follow-up conversation to determine what the next best step is for you.

      Not your average youth conditioning program! 

This special group of individuals are in their most crucial developmental stages in life.

Their ability to learn new skills and build good lifestyle habits are at their peak and we want to give them the tools necessary to succeed in whatever endeavor they choose to follow in life.

Our classes will build your children’s self esteem, confidence and life skills is all wrapped up in, well the word we like to use is “FUN” Kids learn best as they play and that’s what we do, play.

Teen Classes (Ages 13-17)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:00-5:00 pm

Preteen (Ages 9-12)
Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:30-5:15 pm

Youth (Ages 5-8)
Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:00-4:30 pm

Personal Training

Not comfortable with groups or not quite ready for classes? Private, individualized sessions or small group sessions are another option for you! Work one on one with an experienced and certified trainer to improve overall health and wellness, set realistic and attainable goals and be accountable, improve your strength and mobility and learn how to incorporate better nutrition and eating choices.
